TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply if you choose to make a booking for passenger transport. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which WorldClass Travelling Ltd makes available to you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions do not make a booking. If you have any questions please contact us (email bookings@worldclasstravelling.com).
Contracting Party
Your contract will be fulfilled by WorldClass Travelling Ltd, a
company registered in England and Wales under registered number 10708798 whose
registered office is at Jubilee House, (suite 14), Formby, Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom, L37 8DL together with its agents and sub-contractors.
When the contract is formed
When you click “Book Now” to submit your order on-line, or you post or telephone us
with details of your booking, or email, or any social media platform you are making an offer to take out a contract that if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By placing your order on-line, by email, by post, by text, by telephone or any social media platform you are agreeing to pay in full the total cost of your quoted journey if cancelled by you at any time. We reserve the right not to accept or process your booking for any reason. All bookings are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your
booking and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:
- In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at
the correct price;
- If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment
card.
Transport
We will always endeavour to be on time for your pick up but we will not be liable for any such losses, such as, missed flights, trains, meetings etc, due to unforeseen problems occurring such as, roadworks, accidents, traffic congestion, flight delays, vehicle breakdown etc.
If for whatever reason WorldClass Travelling Ltd is unable to fulfil your journey, we reserve the right to send a third party driver with an adequate vehicle.
Cancellations
All bookings must be paid for regardless.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if you are late for your pick up.
We will always give 10 minutes grace from your booked time.
If you have supplied us with inaccurate pick up information you will be liable to cover the cost of rebooking.
Price Information
All prices quoted can be subject to change, resulting in further charges being levied.
Such as, fuel increases, road tolls, diversions or delays.
Credit Card Payment
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the booking,
you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment
details. By clicking “Book Now” you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior
permission of the credit/debit card holder.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of them.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit
card details) (“Personal Information”) you supply to us in order to fulfil your booking.
Unauthorised access to personal information
Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you
for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the
information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you make a
booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to
avoid unauthorised use.
Variation
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
English law governs these Terms and Conditions. You hereby irrevocably submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are
based.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions override any contrary Terms and Conditions published by us in
relation to any booking by you with us.
